Laura Boehlke Bray, MD serves as the Physician Leader of the Duluth Clinic-Spooner, a community clinic located in northwestern Wisconsin.  The clinic is part of the SMDC Health System, a non-profit health care organization comprised of four hospitals and seventeen clinics, with almost 450 physicians and 7,000 employees.  Dr. Boehlke Bray is a board member for both SMDC and the Duluth Clinic.  She is also active on several committees involving strategic planning, physician leadership, and new business initiatives for health system.  She was also named Duluth Clinic's Physician of the year in 2008.

In addition to her leadership activities, Dr. Boehlke Bray works part-time as a family practice physician, seeing patients in both the clinic and hospital setting.  She performs obstetrics as part of her practice.  Dr. Boehlke Bary joined Duluth Clinic in 1994.  She previously worked as a staff physician with the United States Air Force, based in Okinawa, Japan.

Dr. Boehlke Bray received her medical degree from Vanderbilt University and completed her residency at the University of Minnesota-Duluth Family Practice Program.  She graduated from the Physician Leadership College at St. Thomas University in Minneapolis, MN in May 2008.
