National Association of Physician Recruiters

  • Is my registration information confidential?
Yes. Your contact information is never sold or distributed to any third party organizations.  NAPR Member organizations adhere to our Code of Ethics which requires they obtain your permission before your curriculum vitae can be distributed.

  • Will I be charged a fee?
Never.  NAPR’s Code of Ethics precludes Members from charging fees to physician candidates.

  • Why should I work with a NAPR recruiter?

  • Can I upload my Curriculum Vitae?
Yes.  We recommend that you upload your Curriculum Vitae so that our Members will have a better understanding of your background and credentials.  If listed, we recommend you remove your social security number from your Curriculum Vitae.

  • How many recruiters should I work with?
As many as is appropriate to find the right practice.

  • What if I do not find any jobs in my specialty listed?
Some Members will be willing to work on your behalf to identify practice opportunities specifically for you.  Our Membership Directory will help you identify firms with which you may wish to work.

  • Do your recruiters represent visa waiver opportunities?
Yes.  Some of our Members represent clients who sponsor visa waivers and list practice opportunities on the World Job Bank.

  • I don’t have a Curriculum Vitae, now what?
You may register for the World Job Bank without having a curriculum vitae prepared.  Our registration form is simple and prompts you for the appropriate information.

  • I am not relocating for a year; when should I begin my job search?
As soon as possible.  That will give you a chance to explore opportunities, make a timely decision, apply for state medical licensure, go house hunting, explore area schools, become hospital credentialed, and become empanelled with third-party payors.

  • What if I have a concern about a recruiter?
We want your experience working with our Members to be pleasant and successful.  Should a problem arise, we encourage you to contact us.

  • How do I deactivate my registration?
After seven days, you may deactivate your registration online by signing into your account and selecting the Deactivate Account option.

  • How do I reactivate my registration?
You may reactivate your registration online by signing into your account and selecting the Reactivate Account option.
