Sourcing for potential candidates is expensive.  Years ago, NAPR found a way to increase the number of physicians contacted while significantly reducing the cost for participating members.  It created NAPR SERVICES, INC., a wholly-owned subsidiary of NAPR.  Its success in delivering qualified candidates to its participating members is unparalleled. IMPORTANT: The programs listed below are separately priced and are not included in NAPR membership dues.

  • 2013 Residents/Fellows Email & Mail Campaign
    A (11) month subscription program. 44,000 emails and 12,000 direct mail pieces. 4,000 doctors will be emailed each month for 11 months starting in February 2012. 12,000 doctors without email addresses will be reached by postcards, directing them to a specific website designated for them to inquire about job opportunities. Responding doctors can directly contact from their smart phones via texting, phoning, or emailing directly to a specific job posting. Pay $400 a month for eleven (11) months or a one-time payment of $4,400.
     
  • Allopathic and Osteopathic Program Directors Campaign
    10,000 emails. All allopathic and osteopathic program directors will be mailed and if available, emailed information regarding the NAPR Services website. The mailing will include an announcement for posting at the training program directing the physicians to the NAPR Services website. Pay $725 per month for 2 months or a one-time payment of $1,450.
     
  • Bundled Program
    A bundled savings of $450 is being offered to NAPR members who sign up during December, 2011. Purchase combined 2013 Residents/Fellows and Program Director campaign for $5,400. Pay $450/month for 12 months. Total cost if purchased separately $5,850.
     
  • Doctors Seeking New Practice - 2012
    A program which contacts physicians who have indicated they want to hear about new job opportunities. Participants will receive the following information about every physician who opens our emails: name, address, phone, medical school and residency. NAPR members are surveyed quarterly to ascertain their most needed specialties. 3,000 emails are sent to each specialty chosen by the program participants. Participation in this very popular program may be limited. Pay $325 for each 3,000 email specialty.
     
  • Customized Email Blast
    NAPR headquarters can produce custom email campaigns for NAPR members at minimal cost with a turnaround time of 3 business days. Contact NAPR headquarters for a quote.
     
  • World Job Bank
    One of the largest job and candidate repositories in the world. Participating members list physician jobs located worldwide. Physicians who register provide their background information and have access to view positions. Physicians and recruiters have access to communicate to each other about practice preferences and opportunity information. The World Job Bank contains thousands of physicians and jobs.

  • E-Z Splitz
    A unique Split-Fee Network available to all members wherein available candidates and jobs are listed. Participating recruiters split fees for jobs filled and/or candidates placed.
