Sourcing for potential candidates is expensive. Years ago, NAPR found a way to increase the number of physicians contacted while significantly reducing the cost for participating members. It created NAPR SERVICES, INC., a wholly-owned subsidiary of NAPR. Its success in delivering qualified candidates to its participating members is unparalleled. IMPORTANT: The programs listed below are separately priced and are not included in NAPR membership dues.

- E-Mail Blasts to Practicing Physicians
All candidate sourcing is now being done via e-mail. Each e-mail campaign consists of 5,000 doctors in specialties selected by participants of the program. The e-mail to each specialty directs physicians to view jobs exclusively in their specialty at a website accessible only to participating Members…AND to the doctors in that specialty. Physicians are able to contact the participating Members directly or they can choose to list their credentials for participants to review.
- E-Mail Blasts to 2011 Residents and Fellows
As with the practicing physicians, the residents and fellows are contacted via e-mail and directed to a unique website. The job site for residents and fellows contains the member participants’ jobs listed by specialty, which will be viewed by the residents and fellows. Physicians are able to contact the participating Member directly or choose to list their credentials for review by our participants.
- EZ-SPLITZ
A unique and FREE program available to all NAPR members wherein available candidates and jobs are listed and fees are split for jobs filled and/or candidates placed.
- Physician World Job Bank
One of the largest job and candidate repositories in the world where participating NAPR members can list jobs for viewing by doctors and doctors can provide their background information for consideration to participating NAPR members. This job bank contains over 20,376 physicians and 32,585 jobs. Daily physician registrations vary, but often exceed 12 new candidates searching for practices.
